ATTENTION ALL AIR CRAFT FLYING INTO GREYTOWN
Dear aviator
MMC2010 will be a major event and, as we all know, aircraft will be a popular mode of transport. We at Mighty Men Conference Aviation (MMCA) are doing our best to make this option of transport available.
In order to make this possible, airfield owners made their facilities available, and ATC’s and other helpers volunteered their time etc. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated, to make this a SAFE and pleasant operation.
Firstly all facilities used will be at your own discretion and risk. You as pilot/operator, will have to inform your passengers with regard to the conditions of use.
Secondly, you will have to sign an indemnity form waiver in favour of MMC2010, owners of airfields, transporters and any organization/person associated with the event etc. before a permit will be granted.

PLEASE PARTICIPATE IN THE TRAFFIC POLL BELOW AND SEE HOW / WHEN THE REST OF THE MEN WILL BE ARRIVING AT MMC.
You definitely need to know the following:
- Fill up on fuel at least 100km from Greytown, it may be your last fuel stop for getting back!
- ALL VEHICLES MUST HAVE A COLOURED STICKER / PAPER IN THE WIND SHIELD INDICATING YOUR CAMP COLOUR
- Example: If you are in BLUE camp, your sticker / paper in the wind shield must be BLUE.
- FOLLOW BLUE ROUTE AT ALL TIMES.
- Example: If you are in GREEN camp, your sticker / paper in the wind shield must be GREEN.
- FOLLOW GREEN ROUTE AT ALL TIMES.

Take Ladysmith offramp from N3 or travel via Dundee or Stanger to Greytown (R74). |

Take Mooi River offramp from N3 (R622) to Greytown. |
| Camp B2 ORANGE |
Take Mooi River offramp from N3 (R622) to Greytown. |
| Camp C1 GREEN |
Take Pietermaritzburg offramp from N3 to Greytown (R33). |
