You definitely need to know the following:

Every man is responsible to bring his own food.
No ATM (automatic teller machines) will be on site for you to draw money. Come prepared.
No open fires allowed due to the nature of the event, winter season, dry plants and surrounding areas of forest, open fires are a high risk and we would prefer you to use gas equipment.
No alcohol allowed
No unauthorised, private vendors allowed. Illegal vendors will be prosecuted!
Please bring your own chairs
